Language change

I just bougth a computer here in Brussels but didn't pay attention and got the french version of XP home edition. I didn't know it looks impossible to change that and the product was not distributed to work with two languages, as many products in Belgium are
Is there no way that Microsoft would change the French licence fo an English or a Dutch one ? I suppose it's only the license number that has to change, an internet update could change the actual language.
