language bar

Everytime i boot my computer the language bar pops up in
the task bar, i right click and untick the language bar,
but that seems to have minimal effect as the next time i
boot up it returns!
how do i get rid of it?

Start>Run>msconfig>System Configuration Utility>Start
up>Disable language bar>apply
