language bar notworking also graphics is blank in some apps

i tried to download and install japanese fonts. this did not work and my pc
froze. i went into safe mode and went back to a previous setting which
worked. since then the language bar has no text init. also some graphics is
not beong drawn in some apps and i cant use some apps cause the windows are
not opening correctly or i cant click the options in side them

any ideas ?

Use System Restore to restore your computer to a time before you attempted
to download the Japanese fonts.
