Language Bar / Locale

I am running Windows 2000 SP4. I have 2 locales set up - English and
Korean.

When I look into the control panel / Regional Options, it says that
English (Western Europe and United States) is my default. Yet every
single window (dialog box or otherwise) comes up with Korean as the
default.

I need to click the KO in the tray and change it to EN for everything
I do.

This is a pain because certain functions will not work while KO is
selected. In fact, almost everything that uses the right control key
no longer works when KO is selected.

I've tried everything I can think of, including removing and
reselecting Korean with no go.....Korean always comes up.

Any help or fixes???

Thanks,

Arthur

What is selected as default in Control Panel - Keyboard -
Input Locales Tab?
I have 2 locales set up as well (English and Chinese).
English is selected as default in the Input Locales Tab,
and comes up first.

Got it. Thanks for the tip. These things can get very confusing
since Microsoft puts a3 defaults to every 1 feature they provide.....
