Lag after Updates

Hi,
After attempting to install the following updates....
KB941644
KB943411
KB890830
KB905866
KB943302
KB943899
KB15597

....I have had a number of problems. First of all, my computer crashed during
its restart after the updates. It then took a horrendously long time to start
up and when it did and i had logged on, there was a slight lag every 2
seconds. So, i tried to do a system restore to just before the update. This
failed because of something to do with not being able to create a backup of
something (For some reason i didn't take a note of the exact error). I then
turned my computer off for the night and it crashed during shutdown so i just
held the power button in until it turned off. The next day, i turned it on
and a blue screen popped up with some stuff about encountering an error and
it asked me if i wanted to do a system restore. I went ahead with the restore
which worked perfectly. My computer was fine and working as normal - just
without the updates. So, foolishly, i attempted to install the updates which
buggered about with my PC again and I ended up going through the tedious
process as mentioned before. I am now sat here typing this message hoping
someone can tell me what on earth im supposed to do.

Thanks in advance.

I'd do another system restore, then load the updates one at a time. Restart
after each update then see if it affects your machine. When you find one
that
does, uninstall it and go on and try the next one in the list.
