Konica bizhub 600

We are currently using a Konica bizhub 600 here at place of
employment. I'm having some difficulties using the Scan to Email
function. Whenever I scan large documents, in reference to disk
space, and send within the domain, it separates out the scan into
separate files instead of one large one. The problem is our Exchange
server won't allow for fragmented files and quarantines them. So my
question: is there a setting that I haven't found that allows large
files to be scanned and sent in one email and one attachment, instead
of multiple emails and attachments?

On my c250 I just scan things to the copier's hard disk and then log
into the copier over the network to copy the scans to the computer. Then
I can do what I want with them (eg: attach them to emails)

First I want to thank you for your expeditious response. For security
purposes, I would prefer not to allow the employees to log into the
copier on a regular basis. I was looking for more of a solution
because I already have a couple of workaround. While the workarounds
do get the user the end product, the path taken is overly complicated
for your standard user and it'd be preferable if they could just type
in th email address they wish to send the message to.

Does the machine have a HDD installed?

Does the machine have a HDD installed?

I'm not entirely sure how to check if their is a hard drive
installed. I went to the System Configuration tab in the web-hosted
administrative tool, and saw nothing regarding a hard drive. While I
like what you're thinking, wouldn't the 512MB of RAM be more than
enough to use for temporary storage on a 10MB .pdf file?
