Known fault in ICS on XP?

I've a problem with XP which I think I read somewhere is a known
bug. My home network runs fine, but I can't get the icon to control the
dial-up internet connection to appear on the client PC. I've tried using the
wizard & configuring it manually. Does anybody know anything about this?

I've tried to do this with an XP/W2K network and I can't find out how to do
it either.
