kingston CF card

i mean - on my target device i have a onboard cf slot (like a ide-cf adapter)

but how should a make the cf bootable (first time for using) - on my
developement pc i havent a cf-ide adapter...just a hp printer with an cf slot
:)

to need to buy a ide-cf adapter for my development pc too?
 
i solved my problem...

just bootet my panelpc with winPE anf formated the CF card with NTFS...
now everything worked fine!
