keybroad problem

as the keyborad failure (no signal light is on, no
response to my key-in charcters/symbols/numbers), I was
unable to enter the user password so to get into windows.

I've tried to change another keyboard but same thing
happened. How can I deactivate the password or by pass
the login page to enter into WIndows directly ?
 
What type of keyboard is this? If it is PS/2, try switching it to the
other PS/2 Port. Sometimes the keyboard will not work in the port for
the mouse. Also, does this keyboard work before Windows loads (can you
access the BIOS or do any lights light up on it)?
