just bought new computer and got logitech keboard. Pound sign shows up as
# and @ sign is not where it should be it is on top of the 2 although it is

It sounds like you have the wrong "nationality" keyboard set. Look in
Control Panel under Region & Language Options and make sure you have
your region set correctly. If you are in the US, make sure you haven't
chosen "US International" for instance or "British".
