Keyboard won't type double keys

Keyboard won't type the same key more than once. If you
do strike the same key more than once it does nothing.

Go into the Keyboard applet in Control Panel and set the repeat rate
there.

Go to Control Panel, Accessibility Options, Keyboard, make sure FilterKeys
is off.

FilterKeys is a feature for users with limited mobility, as required by the
Americans with Disabilities Act.
