Keyboard shortcuts for text formatting in messages

My wife is deaf and blind, so she uses a Braille display with Jaws software
to read text from the computer.

Her other challenge is that she cannot use the mouse because she cannot see
the pointer.

She wants to learn how to do HTML formatting in messages such as bulleted
lists and paragraph alignment.

Unfortunately, I have been umable to find a list of available keyboard
shortcuts in the online help.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

If you press the Left Alt key then all the shortcut options are displayed
for you, either use the underlined letter or the first letter in some cases:
For a Bulleted list Alt, O, Y, B
