Would keyboard shorcuts used in Word 98 & 2000 be used for Word 2003 or is it
possible using certain keyboard shortcuts could freeze the application if not
compatible? Need help have a scretary that has been using the same shortcuts
for the last 20 years and she is the only one having issues like hers

Are there specific shortcuts or key combinations that she's having trouble
with? Most of the time they carry over from one version to another.

ALT+F8 should open the macro selector dialog. Has it been re-assigned?
