Keyboard Problem

i think i changed something in a keyboard option but im mot sure
my tab key doesnt work and i cant use any of the lower things on the keybord
like period slash apostrophe semi collon and any of the numbers
when i click those buttons it comes up with the punctuation above it
when i click things in the browser it highlights eveything up to that point
how do i fix this??

thnx. u were right. but i noticed one thing while the problem was happening.
When I went into Control Panel, none of hte words would show up under the
pictures. Why would this have happend just because of a shift key?
