Keyboard polling?

I have a problem that I have not seen before. I have a PC running Windows XP
SP2. Multiple users on this pc. It is not part of a domain. Here is the
problem. If bob signs on to this computer as soon as he hits enter he the
keyboard will almost quit responding. He has to hold down a key for 2 or
three seconds before it will accept the input. If i log himoff and another
user logs on the keyboard works normally. I have look at the keyboard setup
in contraol panel and nothing looks different from one user to the next...

Any suggestions?

The easist way is to log bob off copy his account to another area and then
delete and recreate his account then copy his favorites and data file back to
his account, he might had a key logger installed into his account.
