Keyboard/Mouse issue in games

hi there,

When I try to play FPS games, or any games that require using the keyboard
and mouse together, I move the mouse around and the keyboard will not respond
to any command unless the mouse is static.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi Glenn,

Did you install any software for the keyboard and mouse?
If so, disable that software from running when you play
those games to see if it's what's been causing that issue.
