Keyboard Locks Up

Every time Windows XP starts loading the keyboard locks up
and dosen't respond. I get to the login screen and it
prompts me to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, but I can't
because the keyboard is locked up, so I can't get in
Windows XP. I have Windows 2000 installed which works
perfectly from which I can try to fix the problem in
Windows XP.

I recently installed a program for managing CyberCafe
called Smart Launch,it installed perfectly without any
errors, but once I ran it the computer froze, I restarted
the computer and now I have the problem mentioned above.

Anyone know what I should do??

You have a good cause-and-effect issue. First try going into Safe Mode
and uninstalling the Smart Launch software. If uninstalling doesn't
work, then do a System Restore to before you installed the software.
