Keyboard Layout/IME I am misssing french

Hello

When I go to Keyboard Layout/IME I only have a choice of a few inputs 4 US
and a Uk layout, I need frech. So how do you add the French layout back to
windows from the origianal Windows Cd.
Also does anyone know the file names & location for these inputs.

I found the KBDFR.DLL French keyboard layout library. I copyied it to
win/sys32 reboot and try to regsvr32 kbdfr.dll I get kbdfr.dll was loaded,but
the DLLregisterServer entry point was not found. this file could not be
registered.
Any Ideals?
