missing uk keyboard in regional language settings

After installing xp prof I only have US keyboard settings availiable to me
under the add input language tab can't see keyboard layout/ime ----- UK only

There should be a boat load...

By default, Windows XP installs the files for most input languages supported
by Windows.

Keyboard Language...

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional and Language Options |
Languages tab | Details button | Settings tab | Add button

Add button
[[Click to install additional languages and text services. When you start or
log on to your computer, all the languages and text services that you have
added are loaded into memory.]]
