Keyboard is frozen...no keys print in Word....

Have tried all lines etc. but nothing seems to work. Also did trouble shoot
but does not cover a frozen keyborad. Help! Thanks GG

Does the KB work in other programs? If not then it's a hardware or
Windows problem.
