Keyboard hot keys

I am using windows XP home and would like to be able set up keyboard hot keys
to access different display screens. I have a video card that has a TV out
connection and I can get a display on the TV screen (via a A/V transmitter
and receive) but because I cannot see the TV screen from where my computer is
I cannot use the mouse to change the display setting in Nvidia desktop.,
Please can you assist
