Keyboard enters wrong key

I running windows 98 se on laptop. intergrated keyboard standard 101/102 keyboard microsoft natural keyboard. When I press certain keys ie 'a' it types 'ia' on the screen. alot of other keys have same problem so keyboard is unusable in current state.
I have tried to remove driver and reboot, windows installs driver but problems still exists. any help please.

If you are not using Windows XP, you'll need to repost your

Most likely your keyboard is defective and should be replaced
by a qualified laptop repair technician.
