how to disable keys on keyboard?

Hi all,

I have a Belkin ergo keyboard, Model #F8E208 and would like to disable 3
keys it has in the upper right hand corner.. from left to right just over
the keypad, they are "Sleep", "Wake-up /www", and "Power"

well I keep hitting the power button by mistake and it shuts down the
computer.. so I would like to just simply disable it. I did not install any
special software for this keyboard, so assume something in XP will let me
accomplish this. ??

btw, I am running XP Pro, SP2
Keyboard is set as "Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard"
in all the four machines this keyboard controls through a KVM switch. I
assume I'll need to do whatever I have to do in all four computers.

Any help greatly appreciated. I have been putting up with this for a long
time, so it's not life and death, just inconvenient at times to suddenly be
shutting down in the middle of something. ;)

btw, I have searched google, and tried to email Belkin for some answers, no
response.. so thought I'd check here.

thanks,
niteowl

Go into the Power Options applet in Control Panel and set the Power
button on keyboard to "do nothing" or to ask what it should do.

Using a small screwdrive, pop the key off the keyboard.
