Hello,

Whenever I have to cold boot, and the keyboard is connected to the USB
socket , the upcoming warning says "no keyboard is present" while loading.

Then I have to shut down the PC and connect the keyboard as PS2 device and
the loading goes smoothly.

In the BIOS USB keyboard operation is enabled, when the keyboard USB
operation was disabled the story went the same way.

Thank you for any ideas how to solve this.

Could you please explain above. How exactly do you "...connect the
keyboard as PS2 device..."? What does that mean?

Have you checked the USB port with another device to verify it works
correctly? I had some Dell workstations in the past that would only
recognize keyboard/mouse in certain ports. Others didn't.
