Keyboard and monitor fail to operate after standby

I am running Windows XP Pro and occasionally when I bring my comp back out
of standby, my Envision Monitor and Logitech G15 keyboard will not operate.
I have to click the reset switch to restart the computer to remedy the
situation. The keyboard is connected by USB and the monitor by the usual
hook-up to the graphics card. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

please i need help. i used to be able to watch videos from a website without
any problems but now it just doesn't work. i suspect i probably installed
something that has caused this harm. pls help!!! the website is
http://www.loveworldchristiannetwork.org/Webtv/index.php. its a very safe
site. its a christian site. plssss someone help me!!!! thanks. do you like
know what i can do to solve this problem?
