Keyboard and formatting

I've been trying to reformat my computer with XP. When I get to th
startup screen that allows you to select the recovery console, m
keyboard quits working and I cant select anything.

Is there any other way to reformat my hard drive?

Are you using a USB KBD? If so, switrch to a PS/2 KBD or check your BIOS
to make sure you've got it setup right.
