After ten years of using Windows (Win95 through XP), I'm trying to see
if I like hiding the taskbar. One thing that hits me right away is the
lack of information when it's not visible.
I like to keep my hands on the keyboard as much as possible, so I was
wondering if there is a keyboard command to pop (momentarily unhide)
the Taskbar +without+ opening the Start menu, like the WinKey does.

"G'Kar, look. If there were anything I thought could help you or your
people, I'd tell you." "Then perhaps I could help you." "I appreciate
that but I don't see how." "Then maybe that's something you should
work on." (Mr. Garibaldi and G'Kar, B5 "Voices Of Authority")
