Key Entry Help Needed

I enter/type 2 - but get 23 in the data field

Also:

1. Spacebar - b (I get b, with a space preceding it,
when I hit the space bar)

2. New Line - Forced Cap - When I type a lower case
letter on a new line, then press enter, to go to a new
line, the lower case on the prior letter changes to upper
case (forcing a cap). Also, if I type a cap as first
letter, new line, I get a change to a lower case letter.

3. When I type it I get: "in reply to:

Is there some W200 dictionary that I need to fix?

What do you think is happening - problem occurs in all my
applications/software.

Most probably a broken keyboard.

Please change the keyboard,and see if the problem will happen again.
