This is an error caused by some application or a portion of an application
on your system not specifically by XP. You need to find the application and
remove it or reinstall it. If you don't know what it is you may have to
remove applications one by one. Before doing that, if this is a relatively
recent issue, try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to
when this began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System
Restore.

If you can remember what you were doing just prior to when this message
began to appear, something you installed, something you removed, perhaps
some disk cleanup utility, that might have been the cause but we wouldn't be
able to give you the direct source of the problem.

You might also check Event Viewer to see if it makes a more specific
reference. Open Control Panel, open Administrative Tools, open Event
Viewer, look for errors that correspond to when this message appears, double
click the error, the information contained within may give a clue as to the
source of the issue.
