KERNEL THREAD TERMINATED WHILE HOLDING A MUTEX

EVERY TIME I REBOOT THE SYSTEM I GET "THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH" AND THIS ERROR MESSAGE
KERNEL THREAD TERMINATED WHILE HOLDING A MUTE
STOP: 0X4000008A (0X81E52A08, 0X81B7D498, 0X00000000, 0X00000000
WHEN I BOOT IT AGAIN IT RUNS DISK CHECK, FINDS NO PROBLEMS, AND USUALLY STARTS. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK WHEN IT COMES UP. RUNNING XP PROFESSIONAL
