Kernel 32 Error - IE6 keeps closing down

IE6 appears to keep crashing and then asking if I want to
send a message to microsoft to tell them about the
problem. When I look at the details of the problem, it
says that it is a Kernel 32 issue. Following is
the "Error Signature" included in the Error Report.

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.0.2195.6897 Offset: 0000db1d

I have done several searches to try and find out how to
fix this but nothing has worked so far. I do not consider
myself advanced at troubleshooting these issues and am
looking for some step by step guidance on how to fix.
Please help.

Run in this order:

1. CWShredder (fix all)

2. Ad-Aware (fix all)

3. Spybot (generally, fix all in red)

Important: You *must* seek updates for Ad-Aware, Spybot, etc., before each
and every use, even "right out of the box". But even they can't catch
everything, 24/7. When all else fails, HijackThis
(http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30 for expert analysis, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
