Keeping PowerPoint format with cut &paste w/o paste special

How do I keep my formatting in Powerpoint when cutting and pasting formatted
text without using the paste special command? I constantly have to resize my
fonts in text boxes.

Hi Slide Girl
When you paste your text a small icon, that looks like a clipboard, appears
at the bottom of the text. If you hover your mouse over the icon it says
"Paste Options" and a drop-down list can be selected. There you will find
options to "Keep Source Formatting" or "Use Design Template Formatting".

Have fun
