Keeping default settings upon exit.

About 3 months ago, I created a Word doc that required a
size 48 font, blue color, Arial Bold font, etc etc etc...
all types of settings. I saved it as a file (let's call
it "sticker.doc"), and all seems normal.

EXCEPT- that NOW, whenever I launch Word to open/create a
new Doc (in Word), the settings from that
document "sticker" doc are still in effect. I have
to "reset" all the font/color/size/etc settings BACK to
normal, before creating my new document. It's a
frustrating pain in the %#@. Please help. I've been
using computers for 18 years, and can't figure out how to
fix/eliminate this problem.
