keep losing Outlook signature

Assistant went to bosses computer and verified that the Default signature in
TOOLS - OPTIONS, Mail Format tab was set to bosses signature.

Assistant closed Outlook and reopened it, and the default signature appeared
when a new mail message was opened.

Assistant closed all applications, logged off, and logged back on as BOSS
and the signature no longer appeared in the new message! The signature was
available from the button inside a new mail message. Checked TOOLS -
OPTIONS, Mail Format tab and it was set to NONE.

Do you use roaming profiles or have a policy set that would control this?

Well, when you log off, the profile is updated on the server, so it looks
like it's not getting written to the server, either because of the policy or
other problems.
