Keep Loosing Ip address

Hi,

I have small LAN (3 Computers) running on ADSL router/switch. 2 computers
are fine but one PC keep loosing IP address and TCP/IP details etc after some
time. I ahve to re-bbot the PC to get the IP address again from the router's
DHCP.

I thought initially, it could well be faulty on-board LAN adaptor, so I
disabled it from BIOS and installed a new network adaptor but the problem
still remains.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Pradeep,

Check power management for the network card, and disable "Allow computer to turn
off this device to save power".
