Every time I turn on the computer I get a message appear
that says "Warning, KeenValue PerfectNav Browser Modifier
is trying to Install!". I always answer "Yes" to the
remove question but it seems not to successfully remove
it as it is back again next time I turn on.

Any advice?

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. I can probably tell you
what to do to get rid of it.

Get ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com
Reboot to Safe Mode
Run MSAS twice in Full Deep scan mode
Clean out your temporary files with ccleaner
Empty out your temporary internet files from IE
Run your antivirus in full scan mode
Reboot into Normal mode and check for any remaining bugs

You should be clean - if Internet now fails, run lspfix.exe to fix your lsp
layers.

Also send in a report:
1) Submit suspected spyware report in the tools menu of Antispyware
2) Reboot in safe mode and run a deep scan
3) Run antivirus (with current definitions) while you are in safe mode.
