KBDUS.DLL error

[DSL-Dave]

I am getting a "setup cannot load the keyboard layout file KBDUS.DLL"
error message, yet I know the hardware is OK, as the system works OK
using another hard drive with a different operating system.
How can I correct this error?

i have 178 errors and dont have a credit card to bye the software is there
any software that can help me to take them out for free please let me know

DSL-Dave,
Try SFC /SCANNOW if that fails try changing to a differnt language keyboard
setting and remove the US keyboard (start>control panel>regional and
language options>languages>details) (if you change to UK the main difference
is @and " are swapped).
reboot and change it back to US.
if that doesn't work try replacing KBDUS.DLL
