Windows Update installed KB931836, checking Event Viewer, there is a
warning-source- servicing, Event ID 4374. Details: Windows Servicing
indentified that package KB931836 (Update) is not applicable for this system.

Can I delete KB931836?

My OS is Windows Vista Home Premiun.

Was this computer upgraded from XP to Vista. That update was to update
Vista for the daylight savings time change that occurred this year and was
meant for Windows XP. If you upgraded to Vista, the update would have still
been on your system which is why you are receiving the error. Hence, I
guess you should be able to remove the update.
