KB832483 update

I have downloaded and installed this update, and it shows
up in the installed updates area. Yet when I check at a
later time for any updates, it reappears. Why?

I am having the same problem only the update number is
different than your and there are 2 of them. I have
Windows ME and recently re-formatted my system but the
same thing happened before the re-format. Can someone help?
