I have reinstalled - it says "successfully" - security update KB2416473
more than 10 times, and that icon still appears at the taskbar tray
informing that update is ready to install. It even happens when I am not
connected to the internet. What's going on?

Even tried installing by donwloading the package and run it from the command line.

Same problem. Running Server 2003 R2 x64 with Terminal Server role.
