KB 927978 ????????????????Security Update

This update kept installing until I removed it from windows update. (hide
it). I had already installed it twice.
Anyone have same occurrence???

Same thing happens with Windows XP!!!
What is going on here?

That was a problem file several months ago, but I think
Microsoft finally got one that worked.
