just want to send from this computer

How can I change it so I can send emails but not receive them to a certain
computer?

Tools | Accounts
Select the account, click Properties and go to the Servers tab.
Remove the POP3 server.

You will also want to go to Tools | Options and uncheck the option to send
and receive messages at startup.
