I've been creating pages using FP2000, uploading, everything worked. Today I upgraded to FP2003, File>Open Site etc, I get the folder view, see the page I want to edit, double click it, but that's as far as I can get. I never see the content of the page, nor do I see any of the tabs at the bottom, the "html" "normal" or "preview", Nothing. Just a blue/grey empty box where the workspace should be. I can't open ANY of the pages on the entire site. What is wrong

The url of one of the pages I'm trying to open is: www.countrywidebuilders.com/contact.contact.htm
I am glad I did not uninstall my old version of FP

I got the 'new software blues'...please help! And if it's not too much trouble, could you please email a response? I'm bad about finding my way back to help forums. (e-mail address removed) Thanks!!!

The URL www.countrywidebuilders.com/contact.contact.html is not a valid URL.
Try opening:

www.countrywidebuilders.com/contact/contact.html instead.

Actually the user should not open the page, but the Site
File Open Site http://www.countrywidebuilders.com/ and log in

And get rid of the resize window script on the entry page
- sign of an amateur and will usually send users someplace else
- It's their desktop and window size choice - not the web designers
