Just Stopped

Went to open my email and it just stopped. I get this error message:

"Windows Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the
Windows Mail Message store. Your Windows mailbox data is currently being used
by another program such as a virus scanner. Close the program or wait for it
to complete its operation. (0x800c0155,2).

I have turned off my email scanner, restarted the computer and no luck. Any
ideas?
 
Some Anti Virus will not disable just like that. You need to do the following for
the scanning to be disabled

Uninstall your Anti Virus and then re-install without the email integration
(scanning)
