I tried using Narrator that comes with XP and the internet interface for
the newsgroups and couldn't get it to work. I may be missing a trick or
two as I'm not very handy with Narrator. However, I suspect it may take
a more advanced screen reader to work with those pages (many frames
and many tables). I'm trying to get some information about this for you.
Will post more info if I find out anything useful.

Meanwhile, you may want to look into using a newsreader such as Outlook
Express to access the newsgroups. I imagine that a screenreader would handle
the news messages presented by these programs in a manner very similar to
how it would handle email in a mail program.
