the monitor came with 2 cords one blue video cable (VGA) and a white DVI
cable. I have a 700 dollar 256 graphic card, FireGL X2-256t Workstation
Graphics Accelerator , really nice in. I used the blue cord but I think I
should've used the white one the white one said something about if you have a
graphics card with Digital output you should use the white one. Please tell
me the correct cord to use.
Thx alot!

DVI would be preferred to VGA.

Since it appears that both your video card and your monitor support this,
why not take advantage of it?

If your incredibly expensive graphics card does not have a DVI connector,
you have been ripped off! Of course, use the DVI output of the card to
connect your monitor. Assuming the monitor has a DVI connector as well.
Digital out to Digital in.
