Just cannot get SP2 Installed. - HELP!

I have been trying to get SP2 installed on a Dell SP1a XP Professional PC
without any success. I am getting an Access Denied Error during the
Installation.

The following Access Denied errors are written to the setupapi.log file.

I am logged onto the Computer as the Local Administrator and appear to have
full control permission to the Registry Values but I cannot actually see any
of the Windows Folders that the log file refers to on the C Drive.

Any ideas?

Running the SubInACL program fixed my problem. Thanks
