Juno; not responding, running, not responding, running ....

I have a frustrating (to me, not you) problem with Juno.
After I connect (it connects fine), it hangs then unhangs
then hangs over and over again until it finally
disconects. I can still use the internet when it is
running, but only in spurts. I have tried another dell
computer on the same cable and line and that one works
fine, so I know it is this computer that is causing the
problem.

Any ideas?

It could be your software on your computer or your modem
or telephone wire outside moving back and forth. so first
try your modem in another computer if it works then try
reinstall juno and if that doesn't work then call your
phone company
