I am using Oulook XP

Does anyone know how to export my 'Junk Senders' list from
the Junk e-mail rule filter?

If you export the rule you only get the pointer to the
list, not the list itself.

I am changing PCs and want to keep my (extensive) list of
junk e-mail senders for use on the new machine
 
The junk senders list is stored in the "Junk Senders.txt" file. You should
be able to copy this file over to your other machine.
