Junk Mail problem

I'm having a problem receiving emails from a certain user at my company. When a particular colleague sends me email, it always filter it to my junk-mail, even though I have added both my company's domain names, and their email addresses to the safe recipient list. However, receiving emails from my other colleagues are fine and other people could receive the email as well in their inbox. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
